Platinum DK-SW - CONES

Please be aware that at our end of the market, cones are not weighed with the precision of skein presentation. There will very probably be some variation from exact 2.2lb (1kg) weight of coned yarns. Cones are priced to take this into account.

A core yarn here at Wool2dye4, this is a great all rounder with a robust twist. Platinum DK sucks up the dye and speckles really well. It also works incredibly well for glazing techniques and color layering. The colors are bright and clear on this yarn. The fabric is really soft but also robust and pill resistant, making it wonderful for baby and children’s clothing. Sweaters and accessories are, of course, also awesome in this yarn. We used a #6 needle for this but a #5 would work well too.
