This is a tightly-twisted yarn, with a smooth, velvety feel. The yarn sucks up the dye, the colors appear bright and clear. It is a robust yarn and is suitable for all dye methods. This yarn speckles well. The fabric is neat and stitches are even. It blocks nicely and behaves more like a non-superwash which makes it excellent for sweaters. This is a great yarn for Fair Isle or stranded colorwork, as the natural bounce of the fiber keeps your stitches and floats even.
