This is a marvelous yarn. It has the same crisp twist as our DK 115. It is a soft, but robust yarn with great stitch definition. The yarn takes the dye really well and speckles like a dream. The fabric is pill resistant and great for children’s clothing. We used #8mm needle for this and it has a nice drape, but you could go down to a #6 needle to give a tighter gauge for even more hard-wearing fabric. Our standard skeins for this yarn are 115g.
