An appealing, fingering weight yarn with a hint of shine from the Tencel, Umpqua takes the dye nicely. Some speckles will be crisp, but some of the dye also spreads due to the Tencel content, giving a sweet, soft effect to the colors. This is a soft and smooth yarn which blocks well and creates a drapey fabric once knitted. This would make great accessories, baby knits and has enough stretch for socks too.

Please be aware that at our end of the market, cones are not weighed with the precision of skein presentation. There will very probably be some variation from the exact weight of coned yarns.
