This is a soft, singles yarn with a glorious, pearly shine to it. The fibers suck up the dye, and colors appear bright and almost iridescent. The yarn also has a gentle halo. Speckles spread on this base. The knitted fabric holds its shape well and has a lovely stitch definition due to the single-ply construction. This would make a beautiful weft, and it might work for a warp, but the weaving process may cause friction and therefore fluff up the yarn. We’d love to know how you get on if you try it!
