Note:  It's worth noting that the Stellina can sometimes take on the colour of the dye especially when the dye is dark or strong. This can be remedied by adding the yarn to the dye solution cold and then heat setting it afterwards, for example steaming the yarn once it has been soaked for a while and the fibre has taken the dye, this is especially the case with black and navy. In addition the Stellina can sometimes be dulled when excess acid is used, so less citric acid and a longer heat set time will help with this.
