This yarn is a delight! The changes in thickness provide a gentle undulation of texture. The yarn sucks up the dye and it speckles extremely well. This yarn has a single-ply construction, so care needs to be taken, if hand painting or using a technique that uses a lot of abrasion against the fibers, as it may pill. The resulting knitted fabric is gorgeous and would make super cowls and accessories. Sweaters in this yarn would also be nice.
