This Donegal nep is a bit special: the neps glow in the dark under ultraviolet light! Our Donegal nep yarns are high twist with non-dyeable Donegal neps which remain prominent in the yarns. This is the thinnest of our Donegal yarns. It takes the dye exceptionally well and knits up into a lovely, soft fabric with a nice drape. We used a #2 needle for a flat swatch, but if you wanted to knit these as socks a #1 needle would make a stronger fabric.

Our 20g minis are fantastic for putting together gradient kits, club selections or for adding contrast skeins to larger projects.
