This is probably our toothiest DK yarn. It is a plump, robust, woolly-wool yarn. The yarn takes the dye well and sucks up color especially well for a non-superwash, although the colors do appear more muted than on a superwash base. The resulting knitted fabric is crisp with a lovely stitch definition. This yarn is great for colorwork, hence we also supply this base in 50g and 20g skeins. The fabric keeps its shape exceptionally well when knitted.
Our 20g minis are fantastic for putting together gradient kits, club selections or for adding contrast skeins to larger projects.
