Something a little different — this linen blend is a wonderful, summery yarn. The linen adds a caramel quality to the color of the yarn, the addition of silk keeps it light and gives it a delicate shine and the alpaca bestows drape and softness. The yarn takes the dye well and colors give a watercolor effect on this blend. This would make a great yarn for summer sweaters and cardigans, and for light shawls. It would also work really nicely for weaving.
