Cavea Bark - Sample Skein

Sister to Cavea, this yarn has the same air-blown construction, but with a natural fawn alpaca instead of cream. When dyed, the fawn alpaca gives a rich undertone to colors. Like Cavea, the cotton cage provides some really nice denim/worn-like effects as it will not take acid dyes like the alpaca inside. The snuggly fabric is ideal for cozy sweaters and accessories. This yarn has a sport weight yardage, but knits at a DK gauge.
