Baby Silk Boucle - 10 x 100g SKEINS

This is a velvety-soft boucle yarn. It takes the dye really nicely. Colors appear softer, and speckles spread, giving a watercolor effect on the resulting fabric. To maintain the look of the boucle curls, we used a #5 needle and this created a drapey, textured fabric. This yarn would work well for accessories, shawls, flowing cardigans, and to add texture to cuffs and edgings. Baby Silk Boucle would add lovely interest to a weft, but probably isn’t strong enough for a warp.
