Using super-soft 18.5 micron Merino, with 20% linen for strength, this yarn has a lovely, plump texture and a soft, light caramel base color. The yarn takes the dye nicely, and speckles spread a little. Colors remain soft and muted on this yarn. We have made this specifically as a sock yarn; however it would make a fantastic summer garment yarn, and would be great for accessories. The fabric has a velvety texture, a gentle drape, and neat stitch definition.
