Abiqua Y505 - CONES

Please be aware that at our end of the market, cones are not weighed with the precision of skein presentation. There will very probably be some variation from exact 2.2lb (1kg) weight of coned yarns. Cones are priced to take this into account.

Very similar to Soft Single, but slightly thicker, this is a gently-twisted, singles yarn. This beautiful yarn sucks up the dye, and speckles appear clear and prominent. Knitted up, it makes a drapey fabric with clean stitch definition. Abiqua would pair well with a lace mohair. Suitable for sweaters and accessories — particularly for next to skin softness. When knitted in the round, stitches may slant a little, as with other singles yarns. Blocking will help.
