Description

This is a high twist base with great yardage. Falkland merino is known for its slightly whiter quality compared to our standard merino, but it is subtle. The twist and the added nylon makes it a perfect sock yarn giving the yarn robustness and spring. It sucks up the dye, and speckles really well, it also works nicely for glazing techniques. Colours appear bright and clear on this yarn. The fabric knitted in this yarn has a bouncy texture, and is great for socks, accessories, garments, and baby clothes.
