BFL Donegal Sock - Sample Skein

This is the Bluefaced Leicester version of our Donegal Sock yarn. It is a strong, high-twist yarn, with non-dyeable Donegal neps. The neps resist the dye, thus remaining prominent. This yarn has a warm undertone, due to the neps being blended into the yarn. It takes the dye really well and knits up into a fabric with super drape. If you wanted to knit these as socks a #1 needle would make a stronger fabric. Due to its long staple length, Bluefaced Leicester adds strength to this yarn, and it would make good socks.
