General: Our yarns are intended for the hand-dye artist.
We do not dropship to third parties, only to registered customers.
All of our yarns and spinning fibers are undyed.
Resellers: Please eMail us at Yarnie@Wool2Dye4.com for wholesale information. When you are ready to apply for wholesale status, click on 'Create An Account' on Home Page. Be sure to fill in all fields, including company name and tax id number. Once you receive a confirmation letter from us, your status will change to wholesale.
Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site, and we will NOT sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security: Your payment and personal information is always safe when you purchase from Wool2Dye4. our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard, and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refund Policy: If you receive a product you did not order or which is damaged, you may return it within 15 days and we will refund you the purchase price or exchange it for another product of equal value. All returned items must be unopened and unused, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please eMail us to make arrangements, and include all order information.
Damaged Goods: If you receive goods which are damaged or defective, please send an eMail to Yarnie@Wool2Dye4.com with your contact information, order number, order date and a brief description of the damage. We will do our best to replace the original order with product of the same or equal value.

Sales Tax: Wool2Dye4 is located in Virginia, and the normal 5% sales tax will only be collected from customers with a Virginia address. Out-of-State orders will not be charged sales tax.
