Terms & Conditions

Risk of Loss:  We urge our customers to request Signature Confirmation In Person on all orders, which means that your order will not be delivered unless you sign for it.  Please know that Wool2Dye4 cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the address, but not received.  When you place an order with Wool2Dye4, by submitting payment you acknowledge that your order will be shipped by a third party carrier, and that when we deliver your order to the carrier, the risk of loss of your merchandise passes to you alone. 

Resellers: Please read the information in the Wholesale Category, listed on every page of the website (that's the list on the left side of the pages).  When you are ready to apply for wholesale status, click on 'Create An Account' on Home Page. Be sure to fill in all fields, including company name and tax id number. When the profile is completely filled in, eMail us at Chrissy@wool2dye4.com to request your wholesale application be reviewed for approval.  Just filling in company information on a profile does not grant a discount, but only when you receive a personal letter of confirmation  from us, your wholesale status be approved.

Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site, and we will NOT sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.  Our corporate values and practices are committed to the protection of customer information.  We use website browser software tools such as cookies and web server logs to gather information about our website users' browsing activities, in order to constantly improve our website. This information assists us to design our web pages in the most efficient and user-friendly manner to meet our customers needs. Cookies help us collect important business and technical statistics, and allow us to trace the paths followed by users to our website as they move from page to page. Web server logs allow us to count how many people visit our website and to evaluate our website visitor capacity. We do not use these technologies to capture your individual eMail address nor any personally identifying information about you.
Website Use Information: Our website utilizes a standard technology called cookies and web server logs to collect information about how our website is used. Information gathered through these means may include date and time of visits, pages viewed, time spent at our website, and websites visited just before and just after our website. This information is collected on an aggregate basis and none of this information is associated with you as an individual.
Security: Your payment and personal information is always safe when you purchase from Wool2Dye4. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard, and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.  In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions. You may access and revise your personal information on the website once you log onto the site.
Sharing Information: We do not allow other companies to advertise on our website, nor do we share your personal information with other companies. We will retain all ownership rights to the information, and will not share information regarding your business tax I.D. number, your social security number or other personal or financial data. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so; in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it for the protection of our legal rights.
Refund Policy: If you receive a product you did not order or which is damaged, you may return it within 15 days and we will refund you the purchase price or exchange it for another product of equal value. All returned items must be unopened and unused, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging which includes the shipping box. We do not encourage returns as there are ample samples of our yarns available for review and we cannot be sure that the yarns have not been exposed to environmental ills which affect their quality once they leave our studio.   Before you return anythng, eMail us with a description of the issue:  Chrissy@Wool2Dye4.com, and we'll go from there.
Wool2Dye4 is primarily a wholesale distributor.  This means that we will not grant a return if you change your mind and want another yarn, or if you don't like the yarn.  Ask for a sample if you are in doubt.  Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please eMail us to make arrangements, and include all order information.
Damaged Goods: If you receive goods which are damaged or defective, please send an eMail to Chrissy@Wool2Dye4.com with your contact information, order number, order date and a brief description of the damage. We will do our best to replace the original order with product of the same or equal value.
Good Standing:  Accounts which are in good standing will receive every courtesy; however, if there is an unresolved issue concerning payment, recovery of loss, or a dispute, you account will be suspended until any issue is resolved.
Questions: If you have any questions concerning our policies, please send an eMail to Chrissy@Wool2Dye4.com and provide your name, telephone number, and a brief description of your question.  Our telephone number is 434-258-8588 where you will hear a recorded message which basically asks you to eMail us.  It is always best and 100% recommended that you eMail us with any question.  We can give you excellent customer service through eMail.  Really.
Altering orders:  Wool2Dye4 may not and will not alter your order once it is paid and submitted.  This is for the customer's protection.  Please consider and place your order carefully.  If you want to add items to an existing order, please place a second order and send us an eMail asking if there will be any postage overpayment.  Or, you may eMail Chrissy@wool2dye4.com and ask that your order be held aside and then explain the change you wish us to make to your order.  Sometimes it will be easier to refund the entire order and ask you to submit a new order.   We will refund any postage overage if a second order is placed the same day as the original order if the amount is greater than ten dollars; otherwise, we will issue a private discount coupon to be used with your next order.
Use of Plastic Bags:  To avoid danger of suffocation, keep our plastic bags away from babies, children and pets.  Do not use our bags in cribs, beds, carriages, or playpens.
Choking Hazard:  Do not allow children to chew on or swallow spinning fibers or yarns.
