Singles Yarns

'Singles construction' means that there are no multiple plies in these yarns.  They are spun to be one thickness of yarn, either superwash or not, either blended or 100% in one fiber.  We have some of all of those possibilities in this category in fingering and DK weights.

The grammar of this title is a little confusing.  We call it singles construction, and some call it one-ply yarn.  While it is not absolutely correct to say this is a 'one-ply' yarn (because a ply does not exist except in multiples of itself), we'll let the grammar lesson go by the wayside in our attempt to describe these yarns.

Whatever you call them, these yarns create beautiful fabric!  They are fun to dye and rewarding to knit.
